Tape Tension Pulleys are precision ball bearings with one or two rows of rolling elements. The half shells of the outer ring are made of sheet metal. Since the belt tension rollers have a low mass moment of inertia, they can run up quickly to a high operating speed. The friction is low. The rollers are matched to the usual belt dimensions and installation conditions. The belt tension rollers can be re-greased through a lubrication hole in the fastening screw or the lubrication hole in the cover cap.
