Belt Tension Pulleys are tensioning systems for belt drives. They increase the wrap angle of belt drives. This makes it possible to roll off higher power. In addition, belt tensioning pulleys ensure shorter center distances and reduce wear on the belt drive. The components consist of sheet steel pulleys riveted together and deep groove ball bearings. These ball bearings are sealed on both sides and already greased. As a result, the belt tensioners are maintenance-free.
