Spherical Plain Bearings - Maintenance Free come in a wide variety of variants and are sealed in such a way that they are no longer lubricated. They can be used for radial, axial or combined loads. Radial spherical plain bearings absorb radial forces and thus withstand high one-sided forces. They consist of inner rings, outer rings and maintenance-free sliding layers. Cylindrical plain bushes and angular contact bearings are further variants for maintenance-free spherical bearings. They have inner rings with a spherical outer slideway and outer rings with a concave inner slideway. But not only radial forces can be absorbed with these spherical plain bearings. The chrome-plated axial spherical plain bearings consist of an outer ring and a spherical inner ring. They are suitable as support bearings and can also be combined with radial spherical plain bearings.
