Bushes are a special type of bearing that are one of the most commonly used. Their structure and function are extremely simple. Two surfaces slide past each other on the bushings. As a rule, this process is supported by lubricants. These are either contained in the plain bearing or there is a solid layer on the support body. Sockets require very little maintenance and are characterized by their very low weight. They are also very insensitive to high loads and vibrations.
