General questions

Individual access is set up for each customer to make the shopping experience as pleasant as possible. You will receive the access data in a separate email and can log in directly after receiving it.

Minimum goods value 100€ for orders from Germany, 150€ for orders from the EU and 250€ outside the EU - if the value falls below this, the delivery conditions are automatically adjusted to: ex works, excluding packaging.

In the customer area (My Account) you have the option to manage your delivery addresses.

We currently offer advance payment and on account.

Your orders are updated hourly.

As a customer, you will only see the plain text inventory when you are logged in.

Please do not be confused by incorrect product images. If no product image has been stored for an item, the image is automatically taken over from the main category. We strive to continually expand and update the images. If you still see an incorrect image, please do not hesitate to send an email to ecommerce@laeppche.de. Thank you for your information!

In order to achieve the best possible search results for you, we are constantly working on optimizing the search. It is possible to search for a warehouse with your own internal company item number. To do this, your customer advisor will need a list with the name, brand and your internal company item number.

In order to be able to process your order on the same day, we need your order by 4:30 p.m (Fridays 2:00 p.m.). Express shipments are possible until 2:00 p.m.

Before you return the item, we ask you to inform your customer service representative. I'd be happy to do that directly Send in the completed complaint form. Your account manager will contact you. Note: If you make an unjustified complaint, you may be charged the costs.
