Stud Type Track Rollers

Stud Type Track Rollers consist of outer rings with crowned outside surface, solid roller journals and ball and cage assemblies with plastic cages. They are commonly used in applications requiring linear motion or guidance, such as conveyors, rail vehicles, or industrial robots.

Single Row Sealed Stud Type Track Rollers have a single seal that prevents dirt, dust and moisture from entering the interior of the roller. This cover protects lubrication and reduces friction, resulting in longer track roller life. They are well suited for applications that require some protection.

Double Row Sealed Stud Type Track Rollers have two seals that provide an improved seal and more effectively prevent the ingress of contaminants. This added protection increases the life of the track roller and ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Double Row Stud Type Track Rollers with Eccentric Seal have a special design in which the seal is a sheet metal element with an eccentric form. This eccentric seal provides optimal protection against contamination. By moving the eccentric sheet, the position of the track roller can be adjusted.
