Cylindrical Roller Bearings with Cage enable low-friction rotation of the cylindrical rollers and ensure an equal distribution of the load. They can support both radial and axial forces and provide high load carrying capacity and rigidity. The cage prevents collisions or entanglement of the cylindrical rollers, resulting in smooth rotation and longer bearing life.

The cage can be made of different materials such as steel, brass or plastic. The choice of the cage material depends on the specific requirements of the application.

Steel cages are resistant to high temperatures and provide good wear resistance, rigidity and stability for high loads and speeds. Brass cages feature good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, ideal for smooth, low-friction rotation. Plastic cages provide vibration damping, noise reduction and low inertia for quiet operation and improved acceleration capability.

Non-Locating Bearings are open on one side and flanged on the other. They allow axial displacement of the inner ring without the outer ring being able to support the axial load.

Semi-Locating Bearings support axial loads in both directions. The inner ring can support axial displacements in both directions, while the outer ring can support limited axial loads.

Locating Bearings with Flanged Washer have two fixed flanges on the outer ring and a loose flanged washer on the inner ring for fixed axial positioning.

Locating Bearings with Angle Ring have an inner ring with two flanges and an outer ring with one flange. The inner ring allows axial displacements in both directions, while the outer ring can support limited axial loads.
